Trillium is one of those does that when you see her you cannot take your eyes off of her. I think one of the things that makes her so eye catching is her refined strength. She is powerful yet smooth blending. She has tremendous depth of body and spring of rib, she is extremely level over her top line and has a capacious mammary system with a beautifully smooth fore udder. Trillium has done extremely well in the show ring with six best doe in show awards in the last show season. We are very proud of her.
Trillium made quite the impact on my small herd of alpines. Her influence can be seen in nearly all of the animals that call our herd home and her influence is what I believe took my herd from a 4-H project to a competitive open exhibitor herd. She was very special and I can't thank Mark and the Olentangy herd for letting her join the Lacey Oak herd and be our game changer.
